Do I need to open a DHL account? No, DHLitNow is specifically designed to enable you to use DHL's services without needing to open an account. You can instead pay per booking at low online prices for direct customers - and also save an extra 10% with promotional code DHLSAVE.

How can I weigh my parcel? Depending on how heavy it is, you can simply weigh it using kitchen or bathroom scales.

Will DHL collect my parcel? Yes, collection is included within the price. You can even choose to have the parcel collected from a different place than your billing address - like at work. Delivery can be as soon as the same day, depending on how early you book.

What do I need a printer for? You'll need to print off a shipping label and attach it to your parcel. The label will include the recipient's name and address along with bar codes that are used by DHL for tracking and managing your parcel in transit. The label can be printed on regular paper and attached to your parcel using tape - no "sticky" label paper is required.

How does DHL protect my data online? DHL uses a secure, encrypted internet connection when taking your booking. This industry standard security measure is specifically designed to protect your data.

How will I know that my booking has been received? DHL will send you a booking confirmation by email. Bookings can be placed online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Don't worry if you don't receive confirmation immediately - the email may take up to a couple of hours to arrive.

How can I track my delivery? DHL provides an online tracking facility, which enables you to track the progress of your parcel from collection through to delivery. This is provided as standard, at no extra cost.

What if no-one is in when delivery is attempted? DHL will leave a calling card with a phone number for the recipient to call. They can either collect the parcel from DHL's local service centre or call to arrange for the parcel to be redelivered - at no extra cost.
